These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases and contributions made on setthechoirfree.com. By placing an order, subscribing, or making a donation, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
All agreements entered into with Set the Choir Free are governed by Danish law.
Seller/Provider: Set The Choir Free ApS, CVR: DK-45920771.
Buyer/Customer: The person who makes a purchase, donation, or subscribes to membership and thereby accepts these terms and conditions.
We accept payment with VISA, Mastercard, American Express, MobilePay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and bank transfer.Payment is charged immediately upon confirmation of the transaction.
All prices are shown in Danish kroner (DKK) by default and include VAT unless otherwise stated. Customers may also choose to view and pay in Euros (EUR). In the future, additional currencies such as US Dollars (USD) may be supported. Donations are voluntary contributions and not subject to VAT.
Donations made via our website are considered voluntary contributions to support Set the Choir Free.
Donations are non-refundable once the payment has been confirmed.
Products: Sheet music (scores), teaching materials, and other downloadable content.
Delivery: Delivered immediately upon purchase via email or download link.
Right of Withdrawal: The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply once you have received access to the digital product, provided you have given explicit consent at checkout that delivery may begin immediately and that your withdrawal right therefore lapses.
Non-returnable: Digital products cannot be returned.
Service: Membership to the Set the Choir Free teaching platform, which provides access to online lessons, resources, and digital content.
Billing: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your chosen plan).
Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Access remains active until then.
Right of Withdrawal: The 14-day right of withdrawal applies from the time of initial purchase of a membership. If you access the digital content immediately after purchase, the right of withdrawal lapses once delivery begins and consent has been given.
Renewals: Automatic renewals will continue unless the membership is cancelled before the renewal date. We may send a reminder notification prior to renewal as a service, but it remains your responsibility to cancel your membership before the renewal date if you do not wish to continue. We recommend that you make a personal calendar note as a reminder of your renewal date.
This section applies exclusively if Set the Choir Free at any point sells physical goods. Currently, we only provide donations, digital products, and memberships.
Under the Danish Sale of Goods Act, you have a 2-year legal guarantee (statutory right) to claim remedies for defects in physical goods. This covers non-conformity due to defects in materials or manufacturing.
This statutory right is not a commercial warranty. We do not offer any separate commercial warranties unless expressly stated.

Complaints must be made within a “reasonable time” after discovery of the defect. Complaints within two months of discovery are always considered timely.
Donations: Non-refundable.
Digital products: Non-refundable once access has been granted.
Memberships: If you cancel your subscription, no refunds are given for the ongoing billing period, but you will retain access until the end of that period.
Physical goods (if offered): Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of returned goods, provided they are returned in original condition.
Refunds are always made using the same payment method as the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
Set the Choir Free is not responsible for indirect losses, including but not limited to loss of profit, operational loss, or loss of data.
Temporary interruptions to digital content, membership platform services, or website availability may occur. We cannot be held responsible for such interruptions, but we will always seek to resolve them quickly.
Any dispute between buyer/donor/subscriber and Set the Choir Free that cannot be resolved amicably shall be settled under Danish law before the Danish courts.The agreed venue is the Copenhagen City Court, unless mandatory consumer protection law dictates otherwise.
We always encourage you to contact us first so we can try to find a solution together. If we are unable to resolve the matter, you have the following formal complaint options depending on where you reside:
In Denmark: Center for Klageløsning, Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, Denmark.
In EU: Consumers residing in another EU country can also submit their complaint via the EU Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform:https://consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu/
Outside of EU: Customers residing outside the EU do not have access to these complaint boards. Any disputes must therefore be resolved under Danish law before the Danish courts.
